WORKING OF CONTEC 300G ECG MACHINE

The Contec ECG machine is a 3-channel machine that prints 3 waveforms per channel at a time. The 3 channel multiplexer receives amplified and filtered ECG signals selected by the multiprocessor. The multiplexed analogue signals are then sent to a digital converter to sort them out and further pass them to digital to analogue converter for the reconstruction of the signals and these signals are then de-multiplexed and passed to the chart recorder, printer or display screen to display the information received.

This Contec ECG machine comes with a built-in lithium polymer rechargeable battery which offers a standby time of up to 10 hours or could print 260 pieces of ECG waveform or could run print continually for 3 hours under the best DC state.

The Contec ECG machine (3 channel) is able to sample 12 leads ECG signals simultaneously and print out the ECG waveform with a thermal printing system.
